★★★★★
A brilliant read with so many useful bits of information and I have learned a lot ! This has definitely shown me how I was thinking wrong and negatively toward food.

Food can be enjoyable.....I just needed to know the facts around why I should be eating certain food groups and how having a healthy, positive relationship with food will help me on my goal to getting slimmer but healthier - Good read, you won't be disappointed.

★★★★★
The book highlights what foods I should be eating.

It tells me why I should be eating them.

It explains my food to me!

This has helped me become more focused on healthy living because it helps me understand what I'm doing and why I'm doing it!

This book differs from the rest as it looks at mind set and how your are as a person not just the food side of healthy living.

All this great information , presented in a unique way with some great humour added.

Would definitely recommend this book to anyone trying to lose weight or someone who is wanting to live a healthier life style!

Oh and the book contains some great recipes which is always a plus!

★★★★★ Really interesting concepts and love the part in the book around the different personalities. I cant wait to put this into action and see how I get on with all the new tips and motivation within the book. The book appears to be quite different and unique to other diets I have completed and focuses on the lifestyle change and not a quick fix!

A different way of looking at slimming. A useful instruction book beginning with a chapter on why we eat, through what we should eat and finally how to keep the weight off. A useful section on what foods are beneficial and a very useful section on the calorific values of food. Whether it will work for me I don't know, but I'll give it a go!

I thought this book had some interesting recipes in it... something a shopper might grab as a good little book if they're in need of some new healthy recipes that they might not have tried previously!
