Duffield is brutally murdered which is witnessed by innocent bystander, Kate. The hunt begins for Kate as the criminal group attempts to eliminate her in order to protect themselves. A police enquiry team investigates Duffield’s death and DI Rachel Barnes is called upon to rise to the challenge of protecting Kate, in a game of strategy, where lives hang in the balance and mistakes are harshly punished.

This was a fantastic job in writing this fiction novel, it had everything that I was looking for from the genre and description. The characters were what I was hoping for and glad I was able to go on this journey with the characters. Andrew Clark has a great writing style and I’m excited to read more.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

A Debt Redeemed by Andrew Clark is terrifying in its plausibility and that makes it the best type of thriller novel imho, especially when it is based in North Yorkshire and could happen to anyone.

Kate is out with her dog Rosie, taking pictures when she sees two men arguing in the distance, an argument that takes a violent turn. The result, is one man is knocked off a pier to the paving below and the light glinting off Kates camera lens causes the perpertrator, now joined by another man, to come after her. They cannot afford to have a witness to this crime.

Kate is now in great danger, and while she manages to elude the murderer this time, she is not safe and life will never be the same.

Told from multiple POV's this is a gripping thriller that flows conversationally and at a fast pace. A quick read and a worthwhile one. Very enjoyable.

Good book! This book had suspense, intrigue, action packed, murder, mystery, bad cops, kidnapping, a bit of a who done it and some crazy twists and turns! The storyline was interesting and had me glued to my Kindle! I definitely recommend reading this book!

A good read with a well paced narrative. A terrifying storyline that is very tense at times. Well developed characters and thoroughly engaging throughout.
