Katrin Raynor lives in Pontypridd, South Wales and is a Fellow of both the Royal Astronomical Society and Royal Geographical Society. She is an amateur astronomer and philatelist, and in her spare time writes articles and interviews for popular astronomy magazines including Sky at Night magazine and the Society for Popular Astronomy magazine Popular Astronomy. Katrin is also a co-presenter on the Sky at Night’s podcast Star Diary. The minor planet 446500 Katrinraynor is named after her.
