Until 2004, David Kent-Lemon worked for a multi-national company. He has travelled widely and spent long spells living in Germany, Holland and Belgium. Now he lives in London, but his spiritual home is Brussels, where he has fallen in love with the cuisine, the people and the ambience. He is still a frequent visitor. He speaks German, French and Dutch.
