David Senior was born and raised in ‘God’s Own County’, Yorkshire, and has long had a passion for history and in particular, local history. Being given responsibility for the history curriculum at the school where he worked as a teacher gave him the time and opportunity to indulge in this passion. The knowledge gained in putting together the school history programme fuelled a thirst to dig deeper into legends linked to Yorkshire. These investigations, which took place over a ten-year period, interspersed between family, work and sporting commitments, unearthed the amazing story revealed in Peredur, The Undiscovered Truth of the Nazi Grail Quest.
